Purposes of processing

Intrafin NV collects and processes customers’ personal data for customer and order management purposes (including customer administration, follow-up of orders/deliveries, invoicing, monitoring solvency, and sending marketing and personalized advertising).

Legal basis for processing

Personal data are processed on the basis of Article 6.1(a) (consent) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Insofar as the processing of personal data is based on Article 6.1(a) (consent), the customer has the right to withdraw the given consent at any time.

Transfer to third parties

Not applicable.

Retention period

The personal data processed for customer management purposes will be retained for the period necessary to comply with legal requirements (including accounting obligations).

Right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability of personal data

The customer has the right at all times to access their personal data and may have them corrected if they are inaccurate or incomplete, have them deleted, request restriction of processing, and object to the processing of personal data concerning them on the basis of Article 6.1(f), including profiling based on those provisions.

In addition, the customer has the right to obtain a copy of their personal data (in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format) and to have the personal data transmitted to another company.

In order to exercise the above-mentioned rights, the customer is requested to:

  • adjust the settings of their customer account themselves; and/or

Direct marketing

The customer has the right to object free of charge to any processing of their personal data for direct marketing purposes.

Complaint

The customer has the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission for the Protection of Privacy (Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels – commission@privacycommission.be).
